[+] Three services yesterday (Churches 1 & 3 plus the nursing home service) and washing the last of the towels from the sewage incident at the laundromat. I did get a nice 2 hour nap but it meant that I skipped lunch and was flattened during the nursing home service.<\/p>\n
[+] I think I’m toward the end of junk dripping down my throat and into my chest. I’m pushing liquids today and trying to get decongested. The only problem: most decongestants give me panic attacks and the ones that don’t make me V-E-R-Y sleepy.<\/p>\n

(I was having layout issues while trying to get my sitemeter on the site.)
