(Why yes, <a href=\"http:\/\/grace-filled.net\/?p=709\">I&#8217;m incredibly proud of it<\/a>.  Why do you ask?)<\/p>\n<p>The Supreme Court basically laughed at him so he went back and had other parents file another lawsuit and AGAIN, he was turned down by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.  I have a feeling that he&#8217;ll try and take it to the Supreme Court AGAIN who will hopefully laugh in his face AGAIN.<\/p>\n<p>For the last time, the Pledge of Allegiance is NOT A PRAYER.  You are pledging your allegiance <b>TO<\/b> the flag.  God is not the recepient of this &#8212; the flag is.  It is also NOT COMPULSORY as was decided in the 1943 Supreme Court decision <em>West Virginia State Board of Education v.
