Well&#8230; today was the day we finally got around to doing it and it was wonderful.  I made Mediterranean Orzo (email me for the recipe) and Spinach Salad for lunch and she brought some Italian bread.  We had a lovely talk and I showed her the wedding pictures.  I actually love to cook and it was great finally having someone to entertain.
