FOR TODAY<\/strong> January 24, 2011<\/p>\n

Outside my window…<\/strong> Sunny and chilly. (I’m in northern California with my parents.)<\/p>\n

I am thinking…<\/strong> that I really want a nap and I hope the little bear decides that naps are not just for babies.<\/p>\n

I am thankful for…<\/strong> my friend Noe delivering her little girl Maia safely on the 21st.<\/p>\n

From the kitchen…<\/strong> steak, mushrooms, and rice with pesto from last night. Also raspberry gelato.<\/p>\n

I am wearing…<\/strong> green shirt and jeans.<\/p>\n

I am creating…<\/strong> a Twitter account for the San Jose Promise Walk for Preeclampsia<\/a>. (Click on the image on my sidebar if you want to sponsor me.)<\/p>\n

I am going…<\/strong> to Walgreens at some point to get my prescriptions.<\/p>\n

I am reading…<\/strong> Saks and Violins<\/u> by Mary Daheim<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I am hoping…<\/strong> my mom’s cat Homer comes out and curls up with me. Also that Daniel goes down for his nap.<\/p>\n

I am hearing…<\/strong> something scientific from the living room (Dad is watching it) and Daniel grumping in the guest room.<\/p>\n

Around the house…<\/strong> I’m dreading the clean-up that will be needed at the Snuggery after being gone for 5 days.<\/p>\n

One of my favorite things…<\/strong> sunny places to nap.<\/p>\n

A few plans for the rest of the week:<\/strong> heading back up to Sac tomorrow, driving home on Wednesday, PT on Friday, and whatever else comes up.<\/p>\n
