FOR TODAY<\/strong> May 9, 2012<\/p>\n

Outside my window…<\/strong> it’s in the 90’s… which is, like, 10-15 degrees hotter than it should be. I hate heat. *grumps*<\/p>\n

I am thinking…<\/strong> that people who don’t vote have no business complaining about the way things are.<\/p>\n

I am thankful…<\/strong> that Daniel gets tired enough at school to nap.<\/p>\n

In the kitchen…<\/strong> looking through the cupboard for my dinner. If I can’t find anything, I’ll do quesadillas.<\/p>\n

I am wearing…<\/strong> blue maternity shirt and plaid boxer shorts.<\/p>\n

I am creating…<\/strong> this entry among other things.<\/p>\n

I am going…<\/strong> to mail in my absentee ballot tomorrow. (We got them today.)<\/p>\n

I am wondering…<\/strong> how some of the people on the ballot think they’re going to win.<\/p>\n

I am reading…<\/strong> still Style, Sex, and Substance<\/u> ed. by Hallie Lord. I did read two murder mysteries over the weekend — The Gingerbread Bump-Off<\/u> by Livia J. Washburn and Marriage is Murder<\/u> by Nancy Pickard.<\/p>\n

I am hoping…<\/strong> my neck stops spasming and the pain goes away. (My neck is the main reason why this entry is two days late.)<\/p>\n

Around the house…<\/strong> still relatively clean but there are serious dishes needing to be done.<\/p>\n

One of my favorite things…<\/strong> air conditioning. Enough said.<\/p>\n

A few plans for the rest of the week:<\/strong> possibly Bible study tomorrow morning and possibly a vet appointment or two for my cats.<\/p>\n

A peek into my day…<\/strong> Daniel helping with laundry two weeks ago. He’s so helpful.<\/p>\n
