{"id":5565,"date":"2013-07-29T16:41:20","date_gmt":"2013-07-29T23:41:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/grace-filled.net\/?p=5565"},"modified":"2013-07-29T16:41:20","modified_gmt":"2013-07-29T23:41:20","slug":"the-simple-womans-daybook-july-29-2013","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/grace-filled.net\/?p=5565","title":{"rendered":"The Simple Woman&#8217;s Daybook: July 29, 2013"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.grace-filled.net\/swdb\/swdb.jpg\" alt=\"Simple Woman's Daybook\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>FOR TODAY<\/strong> July 29, 2013<\/p>\n<p><strong>Outside my window&#8230;<\/strong> sunny and cool for this time of year &#8212; only in the 80&#8217;s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I am thinking&#8230;<\/strong> that naps are wasted on cats and on the young.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I am thankful&#8230;<\/strong> for access to good medical care.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In the kitchen&#8230;<\/strong> chicken marinating.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I am wearing&#8230;<\/strong> green &#8220;Online Debate Team&#8221; t-shirt and black running shorts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I am creating&#8230;<\/strong> blog entries and devotions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I am going&#8230;<\/strong> to have a crazy day on Friday with parent training for Daniel&#8217;s ABA therapy, a doctor&#8217;s appointment, and a massage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I am wondering&#8230;<\/strong> if Daniel will nap today as he&#8217;ll have had school plus 3 hours of ABA therapy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I am reading&#8230;<\/strong> <u>Going Going Ganache<\/u> by Jenn McKinlay.  I still have <u>Apologia pro vita sua<\/u> on my NOOK but I needed something light for a little bit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I am hoping&#8230;<\/strong> for a quiet night.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I am looking forward to&#8230;<\/strong> my nail appointment on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Around the house&#8230;<\/strong> got vacuuming done today.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I am pondering&#8230;<\/strong> too many things internally.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A favorite quote for today&#8230;<\/strong>  ??You never know how much you really believe anything until its truth of falsehood becomes a matter of life and death to you. It is easy to say you believe a rope to be strong and sound as long as you are merely using it to cord a box. But suppose you had to hang by that rope over a precipice. I don&#8217;t have it at the moment and probably won&#8217;t have it until Daniel goes to bed unless he decides to nap after therapy today.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A few plans for the rest of the week:<\/strong> Morning Prayer tomorrow with Anne, mani\/pedi on Wednesday morning (I feel like a yuppie suburban mom), and my crazy insane Friday of activities.  Daniel also has therapy today, Wednesday, and Friday.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A peek into my day&#8230;<\/strong> Sharing the video of Matt Maher at World Youth Day again.  What can I say?
