Outside my window…<\/strong> dark. It’s 1:30 a.m. as usual when I’m writing this. You’d think I’d be asleep but I’m needing to get out of my head so I’m blogging.<\/p>\n

I am thinking…<\/strong> about the mess that was my experience with worship today.<\/p>\n

I am thankful…<\/strong> for the people that stepped in and helped.<\/p>\n

In the kitchen…<\/strong> sushi from Trader Joe’s<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I am wearing…<\/strong> my Online Debate team shirt and capri sweats.<\/p>\n

I am praying for…<\/strong> so very many things.<\/p>\n

I am going…<\/strong> to ponder taking a break from the baby blanket I’m working on to do some quickie projects.<\/p>\n

I am wondering…<\/strong> what God is calling me to.<\/p>\n

I am reading…<\/strong> Jesus: A Pilgrimage<\/u> by James Martin, S.J. and my Lenten reading is A Season for the Spirit<\/u> by Fr. Martin Smith.<\/p>\n

I am hoping…<\/strong> I get some sleep.<\/p>\n

I am looking forward to…<\/strong> getting through my week.<\/p>\n

I am hearing<\/strong> Nadia Bolz-Weber on iTunes. I may not agree with her but she is someone that should be listened to.<\/p>\n

Around the house…<\/strong> the kitchen needs cleaning.<\/p>\n

A favorite quote for today…<\/strong> “Have peace in yourself, and thousands will find salvation around you.” — St. Seraphim of Sarov<\/p>\n

One of my favorite things…<\/strong> quiet. I never get it but I love it.<\/p>\n

A few plans for the rest of the week:<\/strong> Daniel’s IEP today, ABA therapy every afternoon from Monday to Friday, Morning Prayer on Tuesday, coffee with one of Jon’s colleagues on Thursday, and parent team meeting for Daniel on Friday morning.<\/p>\n

A peek into my day…<\/strong> I have a cat who refuses to participate in cat shaming.<\/p>\n
