Outside my window…<\/strong> dark and a frigid 82F. Just looked on Weather.Com<\/a> and it was 111F earlier. Ugh. <\/p>\n

I am thinking…<\/strong> about some of the phone calls I need to make tomorrow.<\/p>\n

I am thankful…<\/strong> for my mother-in-law watching Daniel so I could go to church and take care of some errands today.<\/p>\n

In the kitchen…<\/strong> I had some pumpkin ice cream before heading to bed.<\/p>\n

I am wearing…<\/strong> my Online Debate Team<\/a> shirt and black capri sweats.<\/p>\n

I am praying for…<\/strong> a call for Jon and some special intentions.<\/p>\n

I am going…<\/strong> to curl up with my book once I’m done with this.<\/p>\n

I am wondering…<\/strong> where Freya is.<\/p>\n

I am reading…<\/strong> Eggs in a Casket<\/u> by Laura Childs. I will be awaiting the next one coming out in December very impatiently.<\/p>\n

I am hoping…<\/strong> I can get some paying freelance work one of these days.<\/p>\n

I am looking forward to…<\/strong> community dinner at church on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

I am hearing…<\/strong> the A\/C.<\/p>\n

Around the house…<\/strong> quiet. I’m the only one awake except for a couple cats.<\/p>\n

A few plans for the rest of the week:<\/strong> various errands, community dinner and choir on Wednesday, and whatever else comes up throughout the week.<\/p>\n

My outfit today is one that I’ve worn a number of times. My thought was that it would be cool enough under my choir robe. Yeah… no.<\/p>\n

\nShoes:<\/strong> Naturalizer
\nBlankie<\/strong>: crocheted for Daniel when he was in utero<\/em> and finished 5 months late because of the preeclampsia<\/a> and losing the feeling in my hands.<\/p>\n

Here’s a detail shot of my skirt and my shoes. You can see the tan line from my flip-flops and some of the bruising in my foot from the stress injury I have.<\/p>\n
