FOR TODAY<\/strong> MLK Day 2015<\/p>\n

Outside my window…<\/strong> dark. It’s technically after midnight on January 20th but I’m doing a continuous day.<\/p>\n

I am thinking…<\/strong> about various things from my weekend.<\/p>\n

I am thankful…<\/strong> for an AMAZING weekend with extended family in Seattle — I’ve really missed this in the last couple of years because of the cost and because Daniel wasn’t ready for it yet. He definitely “showed” well and I’m looking forward to seeing the pictures.<\/p>\n

In the kitchen…<\/strong> nothing at the moment. I cleaned everything up before I went online. I also haven’t really cooked today because it was a travel day.<\/p>\n

I am wearing…<\/strong> light gray v-neck and black sweats.<\/p>\n

I am praying for…<\/strong> Mary<\/a>, a call for Jon, and some special intentions.<\/p>\n

I am going…<\/strong> to sleep pretty soon.<\/p>\n

I am wondering…<\/strong> if the Seahawks will win the Super Bowl.<\/p>\n

I am reading…<\/strong> Murder with Peacocks<\/u> by Donna Andrews. I’m also keeping steady on the Bible reading plan<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I am hoping…<\/strong> to at least keep up on the 30-day plank challenge. (I’m having to do a modified plank position because of a bursitis flare up in my foot.<\/p>\n

I am looking forward to…<\/strong> sleep.<\/p>\n

I am hearing…<\/strong> Jon’s CPAP machine.<\/p>\n

Around the house…<\/strong> all dark and quiet. Again it’s 12:30 a.m. here.<\/p>\n

A favorite quote for today…<\/strong>“Ninjas? In Oklahoma!?!?!?!?!?” (My parents have addicted me to “The Librarians”.)<\/p>\n

One of my favorite things…<\/strong> quiet and sleep. (Can you tell I’ve been up since 4 a.m.?)<\/p>\n

A few plans for the rest of the week:<\/strong> choir concert on Saturday, class for church on Wednesday night, and whatever else comes up.<\/p>\n
