FOR TODAY<\/strong> March 1, 2015<\/p>\n

Outside my window…<\/strong> dark. It’s technically past midnight and officially March 2nd but I’m doing this for March 1st.<\/p>\n

I am thinking…<\/strong> about some discussions I’ve been having with people on Facebook<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I am thankful…<\/strong> for so many things today but mostly that I have a church that supports me and who loves me because I am “Jen”, not because I’m “Jen the pastor’s wife”.<\/p>\n

In the kitchen…<\/strong> nothing at the moment as we’re all in bed. I’ll be baking more cookies this week for the Lenten soup supper on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

I am wearing…<\/strong> my Run for the Little Flowers 5K<\/a> shirt and black sweats.<\/p>\n

I am praying for…<\/strong> a full-time call for Jon, discernment for me, various special intentions,
\n and how to balance out our finances.<\/p>\n

I am going…<\/strong> to hopefully get to sleep soon.<\/p>\n

I am wondering…<\/strong> what this week will hold for me.<\/p>\n

I am reading…<\/strong> The Hen of the Baskervilles<\/u> by Donna Andrews.<\/p>\n

I am hoping…<\/strong> to finish my amigurumi project this week and get it mailed off to the person for whom it is a gift.<\/p>\n

I am looking forward to…<\/strong> Wednesday night when we have midweek Lenten stuff.<\/p>\n

I am hearing…<\/strong> The Divine Liturgy of the Orthodox church of Antioch. It’s relaxing to listen to it.<\/p>\n

Around the house…<\/strong> silence. dead quiet. It’s lovely.<\/p>\n

A few plans for the rest of the week:<\/strong> work on taxes, church stuff on Wednesday, Daniel’s IEP on Thursday, BYOF day at IKEA<\/a> on Saturday, and whatever else comes up.<\/p>\n
