After updating my weight loss blog, I felt like I’d been hit with a ton of bricks. I crawled into bed and hid under the covers while the fever set in and the chills started. Jon and I made the decision that I was going to be on bedrest for the next couple days because it looks like I’ve caught the cold virus he had after Christmas. Knowing me, it would have to be a chest cold which is royally screwing with my asthma.<\/p>\n
I slept badly last night so I skipped church this morning (also wanting to keep my elderly parishioners from getting it and having it turn into pneumonia for them). My cats (especially the MASSIVE tomcats I have) were very happy to have someone curled up in bed asleep. Cullen can’t get over the fact that he got petted and scratched and loved up this morning — he was purring more asthmatically than I was breathing!<\/p>\n
