FOR TODAY<\/strong> October 19, 2015<\/p>\n

Outside my window…<\/strong> gray. It’s been sprinkling on and off which is making me happy. I’m hoping for a serious El Ni\u00f1o this year!<\/p>\n

I am thinking…<\/strong> about the changes coming up this next week and what I have to do this week to prepare.<\/p>\n

I am thankful…<\/strong> for the rain and the cooler weather.<\/p>\n

In the kitchen…<\/strong> veggie chips and pub cheese from Trader Joe’s<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I am wearing…<\/strong> blue-green shirt (the color of my eyes) and jeans. As usual, I have bare feet.<\/p>\n

I am going…<\/strong> to have a lot of errands tomorrow morning.<\/p>\n

I am wondering…<\/strong> about some things going on in my life.<\/p>\n

I am reading…<\/strong> still Furiously Happy<\/u> by Jenny Lawson.<\/p>\n

I am hoping…<\/strong> for a smooth week this week.<\/p>\n

I am looking forward to…<\/strong> the Fall Fundraiser for church on Saturday night.<\/p>\n

I am hearing…<\/strong> Daniel bouncing on my bed.<\/p>\n

A Daniel story for today…<\/strong> his doctor prescribed Clonidine for him to help calm him down at night and it’s such a small pill that I tried putting it in a little bit of peanut butter to see if he could swallow it that way without me having to grind it into powder. Mission accomplished. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Around the house…<\/strong> windows open and fans on. It’s gray outside but it’s still humid and warm.<\/p>\n

One of my favorite things…<\/strong> carrots and garlic hummus.<\/p>\n

A few plans for the rest of the week:<\/strong> errands and packing tomorrow, Bible study and packing on Wednesday, packing on and possibly soccer practice on Thursday, errands and packing on Friday, and possibly soccer and Fall Fundraiser on Saturday.<\/p>\n
