A Confession

(Since I’ve posted so much depressing stuff lately, here’s a lighter post.)

I have a confession to make:

I sing while I’m driving.

(OK… it’s good to have that off my chest.)

Montana is a BIG state so even driving to go grocery shopping is a 25-30 minute drive.Â? As pretty as the state is, I’m in the northern part and it’s pretty empty up here so I have to have something to do while I drive.Â? I know that my parents would kill me if I talked on my cell phone while driving (not to mention I get really crappy coverage until I get to Shelby), I sing along with my CD player while I drive or I’ll sing praise songs if I’m by myself and I don’t have any tapes or CD’s.Â? (Our antenna is busted.)

So now you know… I’m one of those singing weirdoes.

Super Bowl

Steelers 21 – Seahawks 10

The card will be in the mail tomorrow, Rick.

Made the donations to the Greater Pittsburgh Food Bank and the Bible League as per the terms of two of the wagers I had. Dreama was kind enough to donate to my charity (The Global Fund for Women) and MeanDean offered to double my donation to the Bible League and donate to The Heifer Project as well. Even if my boys didn’t win, there are less deserving people who are winning because of the Steeler’s victory.

Argh!!!!!!!

Dear Skin,
I don’t know if you’re being a pain because you’re dry or because there’s an allergen in the air and I didn’t take my Allegra this morning.Â? You’ve been pacified with gifts of Claritin and Aveeno so STOP THE FLIPPING ITCHINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cuddles,

Ick

The symptoms for which I’m on antibiotics are gone.Â? Food is however still icky and I’m exhausted, maybe because I slept fitfully last night.Â? Showering this morning did make me feel better (or at least look less like a really hideous drag queen) and I’ve been downing cranberry juice, ginger ale, and water to try and keep my fluids up and flush the icky stuff out of my body.

Maybe a nap wouldn’t be a bad thing for me?
