The back is sore but nothing is broken. The ankle likely has a high sprain or something. I got a brace at Wal-Mart yesterday and it has really helped a lot in not being excruciatingly painful for me to put weight on it. I’ve been doing the whole RICE thing (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation) so I likely have another week of pain and then I’ll be normal. I’m really missing taebo though — haven’t tried it with the brace on.
Josh has injured his ankle as well, and he’s been following the RICE plan. I need to go look for a brace for him today. *hugs* feel better!
