Air-conditioning. It was 102F here yesterday. It’s supposed to be equally hot (if not moreso) today. Need I say more?

Mango sorbet. This was my treat from Trader Joe’s yesterday. It’s a lovely dessert or snack for days when it’s too hot to move.

Bible study. Today was the first Bible study back after the summer break. We were missing some people but it was still good to see everyone.

Marshmellow Dream bars. Think of them as Rice Krispies treats without the commercial sweetness and sold at $tarbux.

Prevention Magazine. They have an issue on going gluten-free which I am reading in case my celiac test comes back positive.
