The symptoms for which I’m on antibiotics are gone.Â? Food is however still icky and I’m exhausted, maybe because I slept fitfully last night.Â? Showering this morning did make me feel better (or at least look less like a really hideous drag queen) and I’ve been downing cranberry juice, ginger ale, and water to try and keep my fluids up and flush the icky stuff out of my body.
Maybe a nap wouldn’t be a bad thing for me?
I think a nap would be just the thing. Followed, when you get up, by some good quality yogurt (Brown Cow is the BEST!!) to replenish the acidophilus that the antibiotics depleted out of your system.
