ummm… the mn legislature isn’t THAT stupid and howard dean was a failed science experiment gone horribly awry.
sorry, my bad – was blaming the legislature for allowing gov. “the body” to take office ;). but you’re right, the public did that. no room to talk, where my state put so many people in so many wrong positions, too.
howard dean and most of the minnesota legislature probably falls in this same “proof” 🙂
