The Good
+Barak Obama unseated Alan Keyes.
+My state went for Kerry.
+My county went for Kerry (i.e. we did our part)
+Those stupid political ads are over.
+Ohio was a close one — pretty bad for a state that Bush used to visit monthly before the election.
+My supercool Congressman got re-elected.
+It wasn’t a landslide victory for Bush
The Ugly
+The attacks ads — I saw some of the worse ones because Minnesota is apparently a swing state. (The logic behind that please?)

Nah, I think we’d be happier with Ventura. He’s got at least a tiny, itty bitty little shred of integrity. W, on the other hand…
as you know, california is not a swing state, so we had hardly any presidential ads here at all. lovely to know that we don’t matter. grrrrrrrrrr.
