Christmas Redux

OK… in usual form:

The Good
-getting to see my parents and extended family again
-my grandma’s cat being a love instead of a calico curmudgeon
-getting to meet my dad’s cousin Eloise
-getting to see my cousins Kristin and Sarah again
-getting to see other family again
-Midnight Mass at my grandparents’ church with my mom
-being in Washington
-awesome presents
-my grandma being in good health

The Bad
-my flights getting in at crappy hours
-flying through Denver.Â? Enough said.
-getting home at 2 am on the 26th and having to be at work 8 hours later

We’re headed up to Lethbridge for a couple days of rest and relaxation.Â? Monday is a holiday for my company so I don’t have to be there.Â? (Happy Jen.)

About Jen

Jen isn't quite sure when she lost her mind, but it is probably documented here on Meditatio. She blogs because the world needs her snark at all hours of the night... and she probably can't sleep anyway.

  1. we had snow and planes were late going in and out because they had to be de-iced. my flight from seattle was delayed at least an hour and my flight to great falls sat on the runway for 40 minutes waiting to be de-iced.

  2. Aww…I love flying into and out of DIA! I suppose that’s because it means I’m near home or about to go somewhere fun, so I guess I’m biased, but still 🙂
